Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming customers and greeting them in a polite and professional manner.
  • Presenting the menu and explaining items and offers as needed.
  • Taking orders accurately and entering them into the system (if available).
  • Preparing and serving beverages and food according to quality standards.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and handling feedback or complaints professionally.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the work area and tables continuously.
  • Adhering to occupational health and safety standards.
  • Managing payment processes (cash/card) accurately and honestly.
  • Contributing to organizing and arranging stock and reporting shortages.
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure speed and quality of service.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working as a waiter or barista.
  • High communication skills and ability to deal with various types of customers.
  • Politeness, good appearance, and commitment to professionalism.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team spirit.
  • Basic knowledge of beverage preparation (coffee, cold drinks, etc.).
