Raffles Hotels & Resorts, known for its luxurious hospitality and exceptional service, invites you to become a part of our prestigious team as a Butler. Based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, this role demands a high level of professionalism and commitment to ensuring an extraordinary experience for our VIP guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and escort VIP guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival and departure.
  • Provide personalized check-in and check-out experiences either in-room or in the lounge.
  • Manage guest luggage, offer unpacking and packing services, and handle laundry requests.
  • Coordinate dining, spa, transportation, and other guest services tailored to individual preferences.
  • Maintain detailed guest profiles, noting preferences and special requests.
  • Work collaboratively with departments such as Housekeeping, Room Service, and Concierge to guarantee seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare guest rooms with personalized amenities and special touches.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization in the Butler pantry and working areas.
  • Quickly respond to guest inquiries and requests with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding guest information and anticipate their needs for a tailored experience.
  • Communicate smoothly throughout the guest's journey, from pre-arrival to post-departure.
  • Exhibit knowledge and respect for local Saudi Arabian customs and etiquette.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Butler or in a similar role within a 4-5 star luxury hotel or resort.
  • Strong command of English; basic Arabic language skills preferred.
  • Excellent grooming, etiquette, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of Butler service standards (*, Forbes, LQA) preferred.
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Professional demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality and service.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Familiarity with Middle Eastern hospitality standards.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
