Verifying room status and managing discrepancies.
Preparing and communicating changes in room assignments.
Documenting and resolving guest room issues.
Coaching and evaluating staff; assisting in hiring and training.
Ensuring compliance with safety and company policies.

Requirements:
Ideal candidates should have:

A high school diploma or ***
At least 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory experience of 1 year.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
