تعلن شركة مقاولات رائدة عن حاجتها إلى محاسب مالي ذو خبرة عالية في مجال المقاولات، للانضمام إلى فريق العمل والمساهمة في إدارة وتنظيم العمليات المالية بكفاءة واحترافية.

المهام والمسؤوليات:
  • إعداد ومراجعة القوائم المالية (الميزانية، قائمة الدخل، التدفقات النقدية) وفق المعايير المحاسبية المعتمدة
  • إعداد ميزان المراجعة بشكل دوري وتحليل الفروقات
  • إدارة ومتابعة الحسابات العامة وكافة القيود المحاسبية
  • الإشراف على التقارير المالية الدورية وتقديم تحليلات دقيقة للإدارة
  • إعداد وتقديم الإقرارات الضريبية (ضريبة القيمة المضافة) وملفات الزكاة
  • متابعة الالتزام بالأنظمة والتعليمات الصادرة من هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك
  • إدارة التكاليف الخاصة بالمشاريع وتحليل الانحرافات (Cost Control)
  • متابعة المشتريات والعقود من الناحية المالية
  • إعداد ومتابعة الخطة المالية والتدفقات النقدية
  • التنسيق مع الإدارات الأخرى لضمان دقة البيانات المالية
  • الإشراف على عمليات المراجعة الداخلية والخارجية

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
  • بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال المقاولات
  • معرفة قوية بـ: محاسبة المشاريع، التكاليف، الزكاة والضريبة في السعودية
  • إتقان إعداد القوائم المالية والتحليل المالي
  • إجادة استخدام الأنظمة المحاسبية (مثل SAP / Odoo / QuickBooks أو ما يعادلها)
  • مهارات تحليلية عالية ودقة في العمل
  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة أكثر من مشروع مالي في نفس الوقت
