Join Four Winds Logistics as a Customer Service Specialist.
Located in our Dammam office, you will work closely with the moving manager to oversee and lead logistics operations for our key clients in international moving and relocation. This role is integral to maintaining our reputation for quality service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare logistics plans to support relocations for Four Winds clients.
  • Communicate with agents and clients to gather necessary documents.
  • Coordinate with shipping and airline companies.
  • Arrange logistics with origin agents.
  • Handle customs clearance processes.
  • Supervise delivery or storage based on client needs.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual management goals related to quality and sales.
  • Ensure punctual invoicing and collection for smooth cash flow.

Required Qualifications:
  • Exclusively for Saudi citizens.
  • Preference for females; a driving license is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in administrative roles.
  • B2 level in English or a minimum score of 60 in IELTS.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, especially SAP.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for a multicultural environment.
  • IATA qualifications are advantageous.
  • At least a 2-year diploma in administration or 4 years of relevant work experience.
