Role Overview:
We're seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Customer Care Agent for our Jeddah office. This pivotal role involves acting as the primary contact for our customers, managing callouts, inbound inquiries, and outbound calls, while supporting key business operations around the clock.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Callout Handling: Manage alarm calls, inbound customer queries, and technician calls, ensuring safety and effective communication.
  • Inbound Support: Resolve customer queries and complaints, follow up on matters internally, and identify potential sales leads.
  • Outbound Engagement: Conduct customer satisfaction surveys post-call and support local marketing initiatives.
  • 24/7 Operations: Monitor service operations, prepare reports, and support the operations team with various KONE tools.

Are You the One?
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s or Diploma Degree and a minimum of two years of customer service experience. Exceptional communication skills, detail orientation, and fluency in both English and Arabic are essential.
