Responsibilities:
  • Excellent teamwork, organization, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional face-to-face customer service and engagement abilities.
  • Ability to listen to customers and negotiate effective solutions.
  • Strong and positive telephone communication skills.
  • Motivated individual with the capacity to stay calm in challenging situations.
  • Familiarity with data entry and analysis.
  • Handle credit assessments and make appropriate determinations as per company guidelines.
  • Critical thinking skills needed to mitigate credit risk and maintain credit control systems.
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets.
  • Improve debt collection processes, negotiate payment plans, and maintain accurate records of financial activity.
  • Ensure customers pay on time and pursue any overdue invoices.
  • Be hard-working, confident, and a self-starter.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in collections, customer service, retention, and achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must.

We offer a salary plus commission based on your performance.
