We are seeking a dedicated and professional Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to our senior management team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring effective coordination of our daily operations and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, draft, and review correspondence, reports, and official documents.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of management.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (both electronic and physical).
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other management documents.
  • Follow up on pending tasks, deadlines, and commitments.
  • Liaise with clients, partners, and external stakeholders as required.
  • Support in general office administration and special assignments.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 35 years’ experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
