Join Hilton as a Food and Beverage Manager!
As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for managing the operations of all Food and Beverage outlets, ensuring an excellent guest experience through exceptional service. You will lead, train, and develop your team while adhering to budgetary guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all Food and Beverage Outlet operations
  • Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards
  • Recruit, train, and develop your team
  • Address guest queries efficiently
  • Work within budgeted guidelines for food and liquor costs and payroll
  • Set departmental targets, objectives, and policies
  • Collaborate on menu development
  • Conduct stock takes, appraisals, and ensure continuous improvement in guest satisfaction

What We're Looking For:
A successful candidate will have management experience in Food and Beverage, financial acumen, and the ability to handle pressure while providing exceptional service.

Desirable qualifications include a relevant degree and a passion for guest service.
