Description of the required tasks:
✅ Entering all purchase invoices accurately into the accounting system.
✅ Recording and tracking expenses of all kinds and documenting them correctly.
✅ Archiving all invoices and financial documents and organizing them for easy reference.
✅ Preparing and submitting tax declarations on their due dates.
✅ Preparing and submitting annual financial statements for zakat purposes and other regulatory obligations.
✅ Reconciling and settling bank accounts periodically with the accounting system.
✅ It is preferred to have good experience working on the Odoo accounting software.

•High accuracy in dealing with numbers and financial reports.
•Commitment to confidentiality and privacy in accounting information.
•The ability to organize electronic and paper files professionally


Requirements

  • Requires 5-10 Years experience
  • Intermediate in English
