We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Bakery & Pastry Chef to support the preparation and production of high-quality baked goods and pastries. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing doughs, batters, fillings, and other pastry components.
  • Support the baking, decorating, and presentation of bread, cakes, cookies, tarts, and other desserts.
  • Follow recipes and instructions accurately to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery and pastry workstations.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and finished products.
  • Assist with inventory management and ingredient preparation.
  • Comply with food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of baking techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work early morning or flexible shifts.
