We are looking for a talented Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team and create exceptional culinary experiences for our guests. Your expertise will shape the dining experience in our luxurious environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct interviews, hire, evaluate, reward, and discipline kitchen personnel as necessary.
  • Orient and train kitchen team members in property and departmental rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Train colleagues in food production principles and practices to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Plan and price menus while establishing portion sizes and service standards for all menu items.
  • Schedule kitchen personnel in relation to business forecasts and budget constraints.
  • Maintain payroll records accurately.
  • Educate kitchen personnel on safe operating procedures for all kitchen equipment and machinery.
  • Establish maintenance schedules for equipment based on manufacturer's instructions.
  • Provide comprehensive safety training in lifting, transporting hazardous materials, chemical control, first aid, and CPR.
  • Instill sanitation practices among kitchen staff and establish cleaning and stock rotation schedules.
  • Ensure the preparation of food retains maximum nutrients and meets special dietary requests.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
