Your Role: As the Restaurant Chef, you will:
  • Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring the utmost standards of food quality and hygiene.
  • Create innovative menus that showcase seasonal ingredients and guest preferences.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, encouraging high-performance standards.
  • Ensure dishes meet Four Seasons' excellence in creativity and presentation.
  • Manage inventory, food ordering, and kitchen profitability.
  • compliance with health and sanitation regulations.
  • Address guest feedback and dietary needs for memorable dining experiences.
  • Collaborate with F&B teams for seamless operations.
  • Stay updated on culinary trends to keep offerings exciting.

Qualifications: Ideal candidates should possess:
  • A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Chef in luxury hotels or fine dining.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Expertise in menu creation and food preparation.
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations and cost management.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic skills are a plus.
  • Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia.
