Role Overview:
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jeddah, where the HR Officer will be responsible for managing various HR operations and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations.

Role Overview:
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jeddah, where the HR Officer will be responsible for managing various HR operations and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and maintain employee records.
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, leaves, and final settlements.
- Handle government relations processes including Qiwa, Muqeem, and GOSI.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and track Saudization requirements.
- Coordinate with payroll and finance regarding employee matters.
- Issue HR-related letters, such as salary and employment certificates.
Qualifications:
- Saudi National required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR.
- Strong background in HR operations and government relations.
- Familiarity with Saudi labor laws and Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI systems.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving and effective time management skills.
