We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to support daily human resources activities and coordinate administrative processes related to employees. This role involves contributing to the implementation of programs and policies in conjunction with other teams, with a strong focus on accurate reporting and effective administrative follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather HR needs and monitor implementation.
  • Prepare periodic HR reports (attendance, performance, leaves, etc.) using Excel tools or HRMS systems.
  • Assist in tracking HR-related projects and ensure timely updates on their status.
  • Support the application of policies and procedures, ensuring internal compliance.
  • Contribute to organizing internal events and awareness programs.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of HR management fundamentals (recruitment, performance, leaves, salaries).
  • Familiarity with project management principles (basic knowledge of Project Management is preferred).
  • Proficient in report preparation and data analysis using Excel or similar tools.
  • Strong organizational and meticulous follow-up skills, with a commitment to deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
