Role Overview:
This is a full-time on-site role in Jeddah. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing HR management tasks including benefits administration, employee relations, and the development and implementation of HR policies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain employee records
  • Coordinate recruitment processes
  • Support employees with HR-related queries
  • Implement HR policies effectively

Qualifications:
  • Proven HR Management and Human Resources skills
  • Experience in Benefits Administration and managing Employee Relations
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with team members
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry

  • Proficiency in presentation tools (*, PowerPoint).
  • Prior knowledge of accounting systems or ERP solutions is preferred.
