We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to enhance our recruitment and training processes. Our organization is dedicated to providing care for orphaned children and supporting their integration into qualified Saudi families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement recruitment and selection processes according to organizational needs and operational plans.
  • Prepare and announce job openings, coordinating with online platforms and recruitment offices.
  • Conduct resume screening and arrange for personal interviews.
  • Design and implement training plans and programs based on training needs analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal and external training providers.
  • Monitor the training impact and report to management.
  • Update employee databases and training records.
  • Contribute to improving the work environment and attracting talents.
  • Participate in executing initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and training.
  • Proficient in using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Thorough understanding of Saudi labor laws.
