Join SUEZ as an Operations Manager!

What You Will Be Doing:
The Operations Manager will lead and manage the daily operations of ENOWA’s water transmission and distribution system, including:
  • Managing operational staff for safe and efficient asset operations.
  • Defining and optimizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitoring system performance and ensuring compliance with KPIs.
  • Coordinating with the Maintenance Manager for preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Overseeing daily operational tours and routine reporting.
  • Ensuring compliance with potable water specifications through laboratory results.
  • Supporting HSE Officers in incident management and preparing reports.
  • Chairs operational meetings and reports to the O&M Project Manager.
  • Coordinating with subcontractors for consumables and specialized services.
  • Implementing SUEZ standards for safety and quality.

Who We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (related field).
  • 10-15 years of experience in water transmission or utility operations, with 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of water treatment and distribution systems.
  • Experience with SCADA and operational technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC water sector preferred.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an asset.
  • Valid driving license.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
