We are looking for a dedicated Operation Manager to oversee our labor catering operations. This role will involve managing kitchen production, dispatch, delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of central kitchens, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure production schedules meet daily meal volumes and client expectations.
• Oversee food safety and hygiene compliance with SFDA, HACCP, and ISO 22000 standards.
• Lead, train, and manage kitchen, hygiene, and logistics teams across multiple sites.
• Monitor and control food, labor, and logistics costs to improve efficiency.
• Support the launch of new sites and projects, ensuring full operational readiness.
• Maintain strong client relationships and resolve service issues promptly.
• Submit regular reports on operations, staff performance, and key metrics.
• Implement corrective actions and continuous improvements across departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in catering or food service operations.
• Strong leadership and multi-site management experience.
• Knowledge of Saudi food safety and labor catering regulations.
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and operational reporting systems.
• Arabic and English fluency.
• Valid driving license.

Job Summary:
As the Service Operations Manager, you will run an efficient and profitable service department while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Your role will encompass effective staffing, cost control, and maintenance of service records, whilst consistently selling the daily inventory of technicians’ time to service customers.

Responsibilities:

• Define qualitative and quantitative annual targets in consultation with the board of management.
• Implement service targets agreed with the board related to market exploitation, service loyalty, and workshop turnover.
• Conduct regional market and competition studies within the service area.
• Offer a range of after-sales services oriented towards appropriate target groups.
• Implement standards/directives for the service area as specified by GWM/ADMC.
• Maintain participation in the ADMC Service Report for benchmarking with other dealerships.
• Carry out internal workshop tests to improve service quality.
• Monitor department performance using tracking systems and reports.
• Develop and implement a marketing plan to promote new and repeat business.
• Ensure compliance with relevant federal, state, and local regulations affecting service operations.
• Communicate with the GWM service team and other departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management:

  • Oversee food preparation and production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of meals.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, assigning tasks to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Coordinate with Procurement for supply needs and stock monitoring.
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and cleanliness, ensuring operational readiness.
  • Monitor costs and work to minimize waste and inefficiencies.
  • Prepare detailed reports on kitchen performance.
• Business Strategy & Development:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for business growth in catering.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and build partnerships.
  • Negotiate and secure service agreements aligned with our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with management to set revenue targets and broaden service offerings.
  • Propose innovations in menu design and service delivery to enhance customer value.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in kitchen operations, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in business development and strategic planning.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and excellent communication skills.
• Deep understanding of kitchen production flows and catering logistics.
• Proficient in MS Office and operations software.
