Operations Manager - Specialty Coffee
The role of the Operations Manager is to oversee the complete daily operations of the specialty coffee branch, ensuring consistency in quality, service, and brand standards. This role leads multiple teams, drives sales performance, manages resources efficiently, and ensures an exceptional customer experience that reflects the values of the specialty coffee brand culture.

This role leads multiple teams, drives sales performance, manages resources efficiently, and ensures an exceptional customer experience that reflects the values of the specialty coffee brand culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Branch Operations Management: Oversee daily operations across all branches, ensuring full compliance with operational and standard regulations.
- Specialty Coffee Standards: Maintain the highest quality of coffee by applying the standards of the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA).
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, train, and motivate branch managers, supervisors, and baristas to achieve operational excellence.
- Sales Growth and Business Development: Develop and implement monthly sales plans to increase revenue and profitability.
- Financial and Operational Analysis: Review and analyze branch financial reports and track performance.
- Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Ensure optimal inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality.
- Customer Experience and Brand Consistency: Oversee the customer journey to ensure a warm and memorable experience.
- Maintenance and Safety Compliance: Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all equipment and locations in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Reporting and Continuous Improvement: Prepare periodic operational reports and provide insights to senior management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in managing and operating cafes or hospitality brands.
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee standards and brewing methods.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills with a good understanding of financial reports.
- Proficiency in operating systems (POS, inventory, ERP, HR systems).
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an additional advantage).
