Join Sephora as a People Operations Officer!

Position Purpose:
You will deliver high-quality administrative and operational support across the entire employee lifecycle. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • People Operations and Administration: Maintain and update employee records, manage employment-related documents, and support onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • HR Systems: Update data in HRIS systems, coordinate data replication, generate reports, and assist in system enhancement.
  • HR Policies & Processes: Identify improvements for HR operations and collaborate on best practices.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Contribute to payroll inputs, address employee queries, and support benefits administration.
  • Employee Support and Engagement: Act as a first point of contact for HR operational matters and assist employees with queries.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and prepare documentation for audits.
  • Ad-hoc Projects: Participate in projects to improve efficiency and service delivery.

Requirements:
Applicants should possess:
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience in an international organization.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and a strong understanding of HR processes.
  • Integrity in managing confidential information and attention to detail.
  • The ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Motivation and a proactive approach to achieve results.
