Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Pastry Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team in Jeddah. As a Pastry Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in planning and preparing high-quality pastries and baked goods. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing daily bakery operations with a focus on hygiene and quality.
  • Supporting the Head Chef in creating and testing new recipes.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior kitchen staff to uphold excellence.

Qualifications Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
  • Expertise in bakery techniques and knowledge of culinary tools.
  • Creativity in designing and refining innovative pastry recipes.
  • Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Proven experience in culinary, particularly in pastry.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a high-paced environment.
  • Formal culinary training or certification in baking is a plus.
