Job Purpose:
The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising and controlling the production process, ensuring that the operations run efficiently and safely during shifts.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing production efficiency and quality.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve issues related to equipment and workforce during production.
  • Safety Regulations: Enforce safety protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
Applicants should have a BA or ** in Veterinary, Agriculture, Food Processing, or relevant fields along with 5+ years of experience in the FMCG (Food) sector.
