Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Administration & Documentation: Manage contracts, amendments, and change orders efficiently.
  • Variations & Claims Management: Review and assess variation orders and contractor claims.
  • Payments & Cost Control: Track payments and maintain records against the budget.
  • Contract Compliance & Risk: Monitor contractual obligations and identify compliance gaps.
  • Stakeholder Coordination & Dispute Handling: Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to support negotiations and disputes.
  • Contract Closeout & Reporting: Manage final account and ensure complete archival of contract records.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • 4 - 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Arabic and English.

Preferred Certifications:
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • FIDIC certification is a plus.

Computer Skills:
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and project scheduling tools such as Primavera or MS Project.
