Introduction: The Senior Procurement Officer position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment at a leading company. As a Senior Officer, you will be responsible for managing procurement and contracts, helping to improve processes and sustain performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Submitting requests according to work orders in line with the company's policies and procedures.
  • Completing the P2P cycle for all purchases.
  • Managing contracts with suppliers in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
  • Assessing the quality/quantity of received inventory and escalating any discrepancies.
  • Conducting supplier evaluations and negotiating contracts.
  • Implementing market trend analysis to support purchasing decisions.
  • Requesting demand forecasts from internal customers.
  • Conducting risk assessments on contracts and agreements.
  • Analyzing purchasing processes and suggesting improvements.
  • Supporting the team in using the ERP system.
  • Preparing a weekly report that includes the total cost of closed orders.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in procurement.
  • Necessary computer skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.
