Job Title: Procurement Manager

Job Objective:
Lead and develop the procurement department to ensure the supply of high-quality materials, services, and equipment at a reasonable cost and on time, supporting the implementation of contracting and real estate development projects efficiently and effectively, while building strategic relationships with suppliers and achieving cost savings.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing a procurement strategy in line with the company's objectives and projects.
  • Supervising the processes of supplier search, negotiation, selection of accredited suppliers, and periodic performance evaluation.
  • Managing and concluding contracts and supply agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
  • Direct coordination with engineering and technical departments to accurately determine project needs.
  • Monitoring and organizing inventory in cooperation with warehouses, avoiding any shortages or surpluses.
  • Preparing and following up on the procurement budget and ensuring adherence to it while achieving the best saving ratios.
  • Developing and documenting procurement policies and procedures and updating them continuously.
  • Preparing periodic reports for senior management on purchasing operations, supply levels, and financial performance evaluation.
  • Managing the procurement team, distributing tasks, and overseeing the training and development of members.
  • Monitoring the local and international market to identify the best suppliers and the latest materials and techniques in the contracting and real estate field.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations (customs regulations, competition and procurement regulations, etc.).

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferably with an additional qualification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management).
  • Practical experience of no less than 58 years in procurement, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership position in contracting or real estate development companies.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and suppliers in both local and international markets.
  • Strong negotiation, contract drafting, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written (knowledge of additional languages is preferred).

  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both verbal and written.
  • High energy, self-driven, and capable of independent work.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market dynamics.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the Kingdom.
