Join the Manpower Malta Team as a Quality Control Specialist!

We are looking for a dedicated Quality Control Specialist to ensure our client's products meet the highest quality standards. In this role, you will manage a rigorous quality assurance process and report directly to Senior Management. Your core responsibilities will include:
  • Production Process: Conduct comprehensive testing of products and monitor manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Raw Material and Finished Goods: Review data for compliance and approve products meeting quality specifications.
  • Risk Evaluation: Develop material risk assessments and implement regular audits for compliance with food safety regulations.
  • People Management: Create and deliver training programs on quality procedures and promote a culture of safety and quality among staff.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
We require a bachelor's degree in food science, engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 6 years of experience in quality assurance within food manufacturing, including 2 years in a leadership role.

Key technical skills include performance management, regulatory knowledge, and experience with ISO 9001. You should also possess strong competencies in leadership, strategic thinking, and customer service orientation.

- 23 years of procurement experience
- Experience in Retail, Logistics, Real Estate, IF&B sectors in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and UAE markets.
