Main Duties:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to emails, prioritizing urgent inquiries.
  • Handle incoming calls with proper greetings as per hotel standards.
  • Collect complete guest information during bookings, ensuring all preferences are documented.
  • Communicate any last-minute changes such as new bookings or cancellations to the relevant departments.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor when handling guest inquiries.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Competent in MS Office applications.
