As a Reservations Sales Agent, you will play a critical role in converting guest inquiries into confirmed bookings while providing exceptional, personalized service. Reporting to the Cluster Revenue and Distribution Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Actively converting bedroom inquiries into confirmed business.
  • Responding promptly to communications from guests and travel agents.
  • Preparing confirmation letters and processing cancellations or modifications with efficiency.
  • Providing a professional demeanor that reflects the high standards of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand and anticipate guest needs, delivering personalized experiences.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and local area to enhance guest relations.
  • Maximize sales and occupancy through a sales-oriented approach.
  • Input and update reservations meticulously while communicating special requests.
  • Monitor advances deposit requirements and maintain guest profiles.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Experience with Opera PMS System preferred.
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role is advantageous.

  • Proficiency in reservation systems like Opera.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage bookings.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
