A reservations employee is required to work at a prestigious tourism and travel company, possessing excellent communication skills and experience in the field of tourism reservations of not less than two years. The candidate must have a university degree in tourism and travel or a related field, with proficiency in both Arabic and English. The main tasks include:

• Managing and executing bookings for flights, hotels, and tourism programs

• Communicating with clients and advising them on the best available deals and options

• Coordinating with airlines, hotels, and business partners

• Following up on tourist visa procedures and providing assistance to clients

• Preparing price offers and providing suitable solutions to clients

• Managing reservations through global booking systems like Amadeus or Sabre

• Following up on payments and invoices related to reservations

Qualifications and Standards:

Graduate of Hospitality Management, Tourism and Travel, or related courses.
Fluent in English and/or Arabic.
Experience with Opera PMS System.
Professional telephone etiquette.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar capacity is preferred.
