• Manage budgets, financial performance, cost control, and profitability.
• Maintain compliance with local regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with culinary and marketing teams to enhance brand presence and customer satisfaction.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a General Manager in upper casual / fine dining restaurants.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of F&B operations, financial management, and guest service excellence.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Currently available in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
• Male or Female candidates are welcome.
• Previous experience working in Jeddah is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage reservations and seating arrangements, and ensure a positive dining experience
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly
• Prepare and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during all shifts
• Lead, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff, including kitchen and service teams
• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service
• Monitor sales performance, control costs, and support profitability targets
• Ensure compliance with Saudi health, safety, and labor regulations
