Premium Food Company Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to ensure exceptional service and operational excellence. This role requires a hands-on approach to manage day-to-day activities and uphold high standards of food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure quality of service aligns with established standards.
  • Adhere to Food and Beverage operational policies and procedures.
  • Order supplies while maintaining accurate inventory within budget.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly according to service standards.
  • Support daily operations in food and beverage outlets.
  • Calculate monthly Profit and Loss and food costs.
  • Oversee budgeting to maximize profitability.
  • Increase sales while reducing food costs.

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or similar field preferred.
  • Minimum four years of supervisory or management experience in casual dining.
  • At least five years of experience in Food and Beverage and guest service.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in P&L and Sales Forecasting.
