Job Summary:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the complete management and operation of the restaurant to ensure the highest levels of quality in service and products, achieving sales and profitability goals, in addition to leading and developing the team, and ensuring compliance with the company's standards and operational policies.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Supervising the daily operations of the restaurant and ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Monitoring the quality of service and food and ensuring adherence to approved recipes and standards.
  • Managing the team (task distribution, performance monitoring, training, motivation).
  • Creating work schedules and monitoring attendance and departures.
  • Handling customer feedback and resolving issues quickly and professionally.
  • Monitoring inventory and ordering necessary materials and ensuring the application of the FIFO system.
  • Monitoring expenses and revenues to achieve financial goals.
  • Overseeing cleanliness, safety, and regular maintenance.
  • Preparing and submitting necessary reports to senior management.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 35 years of experience in restaurant management or the hospitality sector.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems.
  • Good knowledge of health and safety procedures.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems and operating software.
