We are a leading brand in the Saudi market specializing in traditional and modern thobes. Our company is dedicated to providing high-end men's fabrics and ready-made thobes that blend classic elegance with modernity, catering to diverse tastes and age groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the area with a profitability- and growth-driven mindset, ensuring a comprehensive commercial vision through P&L ownership, sales increase, and cost control.
  • Make strategic, data-driven decisions regarding store openings, closures, and refurbishments based on feasibility studies and profitability impact analysis.
  • Monitor operational discipline via store visits and evaluations, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Train and develop store managers and sales teams to boost sales capabilities and enhance customer experience.
  • Oversee store operations including goods receiving, inventory flow, and stock accuracy.
  • Manage and develop sales teams, focusing on improving conversion rates, Average Transaction Value (ATV), Units Per Transaction (UPT), and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, address shrinkage, and ensure proper stock control.
  • Support marketing campaign execution and gather market and customer insights.

Job Requirements:
  • 610 years of experience in fashion retail, including at least 2 years in area/regional management (8+ stores).
  • Proven experience in P&L management and making strategic decisions to drive profitability.
  • Strong knowledge of visual merchandising and its commercial impact.
  • Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Leadership skills with the ability to develop and lead multi-site teams.
  • Proficient in Excel, POS systems, and reporting tools.
  • Experience in large-scale, multi-branch fashion retail operations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Like-for-Like (LFL) sales growth.
  • Improvement in gross margin and reduction in inefficiencies (*, Rent-to-Sales, Payroll ratios).
  • Increased Conversion Rate, ATV, and UPT.
  • Inventory accuracy and shrinkage reduction.
  • Visual merchandising compliance with brand standards.
