Core Responsibilities:
  • Describe product features and benefits; demonstrate the use and handling of products.
  • Educate clients on quality standards and specifications of brands.
  • Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their needs; answer queries to assist customers in decision-making.
  • Provide information on warranties, features, specifications, and care of products.
  • Ensure customer needs are met, resolve complaints, and maintain high service standards.
  • Stay aware of new product launches, promotions, and be responsible for achieving sales targets.
  • Ensure accurate promotions and pricing, compute sale prices and discounts.
  • Handle cash, credit payments, invoices, and maintain records accurately.
  • Follow after-sales processes and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in store merchandising and uphold the highest standards of housekeeping and grooming.

Self-Management:
  • Set performance goals at the start of the year and ensure their achievement.
  • Identify personal development needs in consultation with your manager.
  • Stay updated on professional developments and current issues through ongoing education.
