Key Responsibilities:
  • استقبال العملاء المهتمين وشرح المشاريع العقارية المتوفرة.
  • تقديم الاستشارات العقارية واقتراح الحلول المناسبة حسب احتياج العميل.
  • متابعة العملاء المحتملين وتحويلهم إلى عملاء فعليين.
  • حضور الفعاليات والمعارض العقارية التي تشارك بها الشركة.
  • إعداد تقارير دورية عن أداء المبيعات.
Qualifications:
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في المبيعات العقارية أو المجالات ذات الصلة.
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة وإقناع عالية.
  • خبرة في استخدام أنظمة CRM والتعامل مع بيانات العملاء.
  • إلمام بسوق العقارات في جدة والمناطق المجاورة.
  • القدرة على تحقيق الأهداف البيعية المحددة.
