Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships within your area of responsibility.
  • Accountable for KONE's position in the customer base, creating sales opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address complaints.
  • Proactively generate sales leads and manage the sales funnel.
  • Handle RFQs, pricing, and contract negotiations.
  • Support the finance department in the collection of dues.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years direct sales experience with a solution-selling approach.
  • Strong understanding of the service/maintenance business.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and goal-driven mindset.
  • Proficient in CRM software is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage.

    • Prepare weekly reports and status updates on opportunities and projects.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and correspondence.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 2-3 years of sales experience
