Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships within your area of responsibility.
- Accountable for KONE's position in the customer base, creating sales opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address complaints.
- Proactively generate sales leads and manage the sales funnel.
- Handle RFQs, pricing, and contract negotiations.
- Support the finance department in the collection of dues.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years direct sales experience with a solution-selling approach.
- Strong understanding of the service/maintenance business.
- Excellent customer service orientation and goal-driven mindset.
- Proficient in CRM software is a plus.
- Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage.
