Sika is a globally recognized specialty chemicals company that excels in the development and production of systems and products for bonding, sealing, damping, reinforcing, and protection in the construction and industrial sectors. We are looking for a talented Sales Engineer to drive our sales performance and foster long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to establish and maintain account relationships to meet or exceed personal sales targets.
  • Assume full accountability for regional/country sales performance, actively participating in all sales activities.
  • Collaborate with segment and distribution managers to optimize sales channels aligned with company growth strategies.
  • Provide expert guidance to customers to overcome their construction challenges using Master Builder Solutions products.
  • Maintain and expand the customer base while increasing the portfolio in line with growth objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Compile and maintain competitor grids, ensuring our competitive edge.
  • Lead the introduction of new products to customers, communicate benefits effectively.
  • Address customer requests and complaints professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with sales coordinators and supply chain teams for timely delivery fulfillment.
  • Conduct weekly sales meetings, providing strategic guidance and preparing comprehensive monthly reports.
  • Manage customers’ payment processes to ensure timely receipt of receivables.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in technical sales in the construction or chemical industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic; an MBA is an advantage.
