We are looking for a talented Sales Engineer to drive our sales performance and foster long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to establish and maintain account relationships to meet or exceed personal sales targets.
- Assume full accountability for regional/country sales performance, actively participating in all sales activities.
- Collaborate with segment and distribution managers to optimize sales channels aligned with company growth strategies.
- Provide expert guidance to customers to overcome their construction challenges using Master Builder Solutions products.
- Maintain and expand the customer base while increasing the portfolio in line with growth objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Compile and maintain competitor grids, ensuring our competitive edge.
- Lead the introduction of new products to customers, communicate benefits effectively.
- Address customer requests and complaints professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with sales coordinators and supply chain teams for timely delivery fulfillment.
- Conduct weekly sales meetings, providing strategic guidance and preparing comprehensive monthly reports.
- Manage customers’ payment processes to ensure timely receipt of receivables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in technical sales in the construction or chemical industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Fluent in English and Arabic; an MBA is an advantage.
