We are seeking a passionate and experienced Field Sales Manager to oversee our Sales Consultants/Supervisors and enhance our sales operations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a sales team, providing training and coaching on sales techniques.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • Set individual and team sales targets, track performance, and provide feedback.
  • Conduct daily reviews and meetings to ensure team effectiveness.
  • Monitor team performance, budgets, and resources to empower success.
  • Gather customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams for improvements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in sales, business administration, or related field.
  • 8 years of sales experience, including 3 years in team management.
  • Strong knowledge of local markets and sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid KSA driving license.
