Role Overview:
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah. The Sales Manager will lead our sales team, developing strategies to achieve targets and expand our customer base. Responsibilities include:
  • Managing and directing the sales team.
  • Setting sales goals and analyzing sales data.
  • Crafting sales reports and maintaining client relationships.
  • Identifying growth opportunities and providing hands-on management.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with:
  • Experience in sales management and team leadership.
  • Proficiency in developing sales strategies and analyzing data.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Relevant experience in the coffee or beverage industry is a plus.
