Role Overview:
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah. The Sales Manager will lead our sales team, developing strategies to achieve targets and expand our customer base. Responsibilities include:
  • Managing and directing the sales team.
  • Setting sales goals and analyzing sales data.
  • Crafting sales reports and maintaining client relationships.
  • Identifying growth opportunities and providing hands-on management.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with:
  • Experience in sales management and team leadership.
  • Proficiency in developing sales strategies and analyzing data.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Relevant experience in the coffee or beverage industry is a plus.

  • Stay abreast of trends and opportunities in sports marketing, sponsorship valuation, and event partnerships.

Requirements:
  • 5–8+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, sports marketing, or high-value B2B partnership management.
  • Proven track record of closing complex sponsorship deals and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Prior experience with companies such as Sela, Rise, or leading event/sports marketing agencies.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience leading or mentoring junior team members.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
