We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and grow our business in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, expanding market share, and managing key client relationships across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage sales operations across the Western Region.
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and expansion plans.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts (Retail, Supermarkets, Online).
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Ensure high service levels and product availability.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Supply Chain, Operations, Finance) to ensure smooth execution.

Key Requirements:
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in Sales / FMCG (Fresh products) / Retail / Distribution.
  • Strong knowledge of the Western Region market in KSA.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving growth.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

  • Valid KSA driving license and Iqama with transferable option for non saudi.
  • Experience in Wholesale/Distribution/Chemical industry is preferred.
