We are looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Manager, Area Sales, to execute our sales and distribution plans within defined regions. You will support the achievement of regional sales targets while ensuring market execution aligns with our trade marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations: Execute sales activities ensuring product availability and visibility across outlets. Monitor promotional executions and support product launches.
  • Planning: Provide area-level inputs to sales forecasting and assist in translating regional plans into actionable team targets.
  • Development: Nurture growth for existing customer accounts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong customer relationships and coordinate with internal teams for service excellence.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance and competitor activities.
  • People Management: Supervise the sales team, conduct performance reviews, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Financial Support: Help achieve sales targets while managing receivables and controlling promotional spending.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5 to 6 years of relevant experience.
