We are looking for a real estate sales manager with extensive experience in the real estate market, who can lead a sales team to achieve set objectives. If you have the ability to develop business and build strong relationships with clients, we would love to hear from you!

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience ranging from 7 to 10 years in managing real estate sales, preferably with experience in selling land.
  • Strong leadership skills and achievement of sales goals.
  • Deep knowledge of the real estate market, unit prices, and financing policies.
  • Advanced negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance and manage multiple sales opportunities.
  • Commitment to achieving results and building long-term relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sales department and achieve the approved sales targets to increase revenue.
  • Prepare sales plans, monitor their implementation, and evaluate their results.
  • Supervise the performance of the sales team and motivate them to achieve targets.
  • Develop business by building relationships with government and private entities and investors.
  • Manage relationships with brokers and real estate brokerage companies and convert potential clients into successful deals.
