About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team within the Residential Operations & Maintenance sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, strengthening existing relationships, and promoting integrated facilities management solutions tailored to residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and acquire new clients within the residential real estate sector.
  • Manage and develop strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Present company services in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify market opportunities and support business growth initiatives.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Prepare regular sales and performance reports.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 2 to 6 years of experience in sales (preferably in Facilities Management, Real Estate, or related service industries).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a field sales environment and achieve targets.
  • Good understanding of the residential real estate and facilities management market.
  • Valid driving license (preferred).
  • Highly motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
