Sad Al-Gharb Company for Development and Real Estate Investment is looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist to enhance the company's real estate sales in Jeddah. This role requires attracting clients and professionally presenting projects, in addition to following all stages of sale or lease until closure.

Responsibilities:
  • Attracting interested clients in real estate within the city of Jeddah and building long-term relationships.
  • Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate offers that include prices, locations, and available features.
  • Accompanying clients on project visits and providing a professional explanation to help them make informed decisions.
  • Following up with clients at all stages until the sale or lease process is completed.
  • Preparing periodic reports on market activity and prices.
  • Cooperating with the marketing team to implement effective campaigns and analyze their results.
  • Providing periodic feedback to management about competitors and developing sales strategies.
  • Complying with company policies and preparing weekly and monthly reports.

Required Qualifications:
  • At least two years of experience in real estate sales or marketing within the city of Jeddah.
  • Good knowledge of Jeddah neighborhoods and the most in-demand property types.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a high ability to achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in using computers and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration (preferred).
