We are looking for an energetic Sales Associate focused on customer service to join our sales team. You will be responsible for selling the company's products and services, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and satisfying purchasing experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers and accurately understand their needs.
  • Effectively showcase, promote, and sell products and services.
  • Provide accurate product information and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Assist customers during the purchasing process to achieve sales.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and courteously.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain the store's appearance and organization according to company standards.
  • Contribute ideas and strategies to improve sales and customer experience.

Requirements:
  • The applicant must hold a diploma as a minimum educational qualification.
  • Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred.
