Join our team as a real estate sales specialist!
We are looking for a female real estate sales employee to join our team in Jeddah. You will be responsible for guiding sellers and buyers in marketing and selling properties at competitive prices and the best available terms.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify customer needs and financial capabilities.
  • Manage the negotiation process with clients and developers.
  • Create sales opportunities and capitalize on them.
  • Coordinate with financing entities regularly and daily and understand the details related to that.
  • Analyze the market and estimate customer needs appropriately.
  • Prepare and document contracts with owners and clients.
  • Follow up on sales operations, search for properties, and conduct field visits.
  • Complete deals and achieve the required goals.
  • Write daily reports and have complete knowledge of the real estate market and work with the CRM system.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the real estate field (2 - 5 years).
  • Bachelor's degree or higher diploma.
  • Effective communication skills and analytical thinking.
  • Sales strategy, market analysis, and the ability to work as a team.
