Bright House RealEstate is looking for a salesperson with strong experience in the real estate field and a high ability to attract new clients and manage relationships with them. It is required to have an effective client base in Jeddah and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement sales plans and achieve set goals.
  • Manage relationships with existing clients and develop the client base.
  • Constantly search for new opportunities, properties, and clients to increase business volume.
  • Present sales offers and explain services professionally.
  • Follow up on negotiation and closing processes and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Submit periodic reports to management on performance and new opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Experience of no less than two years in sales (preferably in real estate).
  • Having an effective client base in Jeddah is a prerequisite.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Good knowledge of the Jeddah market and vital areas.
  • High communication skills and working as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in the field.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
