Purpose:
Responsible for achieving sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service, effectively marketing products, and ensuring a high-quality shopping experience. This role also contributes to inventory management to ensure consistent product availability that meets customer needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve the assigned sales target by ensuring alignment with the budgeted product mix across brands, categories, and SKUs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
  • Follow standardized sales processes and maintain CRM systems while providing data-driven insights.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance regularly, identifying performance gaps, trends, and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Manage inventory control procedures, including stock replenishment and tracking delivery performance.
  • Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and attractive visual merchandising.
  • Provide on-the-job training to team members to build team capability and product knowledge.

Experience and Requirements:
  • Proven experience in retail sales (HA- AC), customer service, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • A diploma degree in Business Administration and marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and basic MS Office tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor sales metrics.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in the English Language.
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic retail environment.
