Executive Secretary / Account Manager Assistant
Requirements:
Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in secretarial or administrative support.
Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office programs (Word – Excel – PowerPoint).
Good understanding of the basics of digital marketing and social media.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.
High organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Commitment to deadlines.
Regularly follow up with clients and understand their needs.
Coordinate meetings and calls between clients and the internal team.
Prepare quotations and follow up on contracts and invoices.
Monitor the execution of marketing campaigns or projects with different departments.
Provide periodic reports on account performance and tasks.
Contribute to improving customer experience and increasing client satisfaction.
Suggest ideas and solutions to support clients and help them achieve their goals.
